Summary: Mowing Strong 2008-05-19
Comment: The Yard-Man was purchased 2 years ago and is mowing strong with easy start-up after sitting in garage storage during winter season. It arrived in perfect condition and required only light assembly including the obvious - filling it with gas and oil (a bottle of oil came with it) just make sure the instructions are followed so it can perform properly. Even though the mower requires just a bit more muscle power to push its price plus its performance is why I give it five stars. This lawn mower is used to mow a 3/4 acre yard during late spring, summer, and early autumn approximately every 7 to 9 days. It still looks and runs great after a quick hose rinse, periodic oil checks, and annual blade sharpening. Its air filter and spark plug has not replaced yet, but it still runs like new. This was a great purchase for the job.

Comment: I've only used it a few times and it is good for the price. My only complaint is that it was damaged during shipping. So I had to take the mower in for repair before I could even use it. The box for these mowers were not designed for shipping purposes.

Comment: After using a twenty year old lawnmower, it is a joy to have one that starts with one pull. The mulcher/bagger is a nice option for the time of year that you mow and the length of the lawn. Did I mention that it is alot lighter than my twenty year old mower? Overall it has alot of power, it is light wieght and has several height adjustments. I highly recommend it to friends and anyone looking for a new mower.

Summary: Good Purchase, Came a little damaged 2006-10-29
Comment: The lawn mower works great. Engine is powerful. No problems cutting thick grass, which is great considering I only mow about once a summer. Mower came with bent wheel. I noticed a lot of customers had the same complaint. Rather easy to fix oneself, worth the savings.
