Great Mower - oil change hard,

I bought one of these about 8 weeks ago. We have 1.3 acres and this has really cut down on my mowing time.
First the strong points:
Big power from the Kawasaki engine
Nice adjustments of mowing height
Nice Speed control selector - I used it on low to learn how to drive a zero turn mower. Now all I use is high speed.
Pretty easy on gas even with 24 HP.
Good even cut, I leveled my deck one time and it has held steady.
Mulching kit is easy to install.
For the weak points;
The manual is not real clear on several items; You may need to move a bolt to level the deck, it would be better if the tools required to perform a maintenance task were identified.
Oil change is a big pain. It's hard to get a wrence onto the oil filter and you need to make a small plastic tray to place under the oil filter to catch the oil. You only have to change the oil after 8 hours and 200 hours, but still it's not easy.
