This Toro has a Kohler engine made in China. Bad carburetors, Stalling , flooding, gas leaks. I paid a high price to get a durable mower..aluminum deck, cast iron engine. But, the engine is Chinese junk. Saw the little Made in China sticker way too late. Also, no throttle control, no fuel filter, no fuel shutoff valve, no primer bulb. Supposed to be all automatic, which has not worked out well. Dealer has reneged on free blade sharpening promise, will see shortly how the starting guarantee is treated. DO NOT BUY THIS or any mower with Chinese Kohler engine.

I purchased this 20099 last year. It ran well for a little while and then started leaking gas out of the air cleaner. I took it to the local dealer who says they have defective carburators. So many problems the carbs are on backorder. Toro accepts NO responsibilty for this issue. Their customer service is a waste of time. They have told me "it is a Kholer problem" and "there is no recall". Save your sanity and buy a mower from a company that cares about the customer.
