I have had mine for 2 years now and have never been able to get a level cut with it. All of my calls to Swisher have resulted in "I don't know"! Last call the woman didn't have a clue as to what to do and even admitted she didn't know anything. I then sent an email to Swisher complaining about her lack of knowledge and never heard from them. I have 123 hours on it now and have had to replace all of the blade assembly bearings and 2 of the 3 three belts have broken. Wish I would have spent another $500-600 and bought a better mower. Am not a happy Swisher owner....

Purchased machine April 21, 2006. Every belt on the machind broke within 3 months Swisher replace them during the warranty period but evrty year the deck drive belt broke once or twice every season Had to replace the main drive belt three times and the deck belt four times. The deck suspension cables broke within a year. Swisher replaced them for the first year but they broke again and they cost $18 to $20 for each cable.After i realized the belts were standard size I found replacement belts online for less than 1/3 of Swisher cost. The replacement cables from Swisher Was so cheap they did't last one season. I bought some 3/8 airplane cable from local hardwware store and made my own they have lasted three seasons so far. Had to replace seversl bolts. The last time I mowed one of the hydrolic drives went out.Looking to buy a new ZTR. Not going to be a Swisher
