As described.Purchased another model blade (PP23009) at the same time that has a similar description but slightly higher price, just to see what the difference is. None. In every way I can measure they are the same except the PP23009 has a higher price for some reason.
Save your money and buy this one (PP23006) over the PP23009.

It's a good quality blade, a great buy for the money. Just note it's totally dull out of packaging and needs sharpening before you can put it on a mower and use.

love it and was really simple to change.....blade is strong and cuts the grass amazingly well....will def do business again to buy this product well worth the little money they cost!!!!!
