Not as good as I hoped,

Replaced a Husqvarna mower that I used for 8 years. I hoped that this one would be at least, as good, but I've been disappointed.
Pros: Good power...goes through long wet grass with ease, as long as you aren't trying to mulch. Seems to be very well constructed. The Honda engine starts with ease, always on the first pull.
Cons: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE mulcher...clogs with even short dry grass. With my old mower, I didn't used the discharge chute or bagging attachment in the 8 years that I owned it. I put the discharge chute on this one after the first use, and will probably never take it off. If you are looking for a mulching machine, DON'T BUY THIS ONE!!!
It's A bit heavy. I'd be willing to sacrifice a little power for a lighter machine.
The offset front and rear wheels make guiding it in tight spaces a bit tricky.
General: It will serve my purposes. If it lasts as long as my old one, I will be satisfied.

This lawn mower is precisely what I was hoping for. It meets all of my expectations. The self propelled drive is very good. The handle hight is adjustable unlike other mowers I've had in the past. I don't feel like I am reaching down to steer the mower. The bagger works well. The side discharge attachment arrived with 5 business days of registering the mower with Husqvarna. The engine starts with a single pull. The ball bearing wheels are smooth. The Honda engine is powerful and handles the work with ease. Highly recommended for any residential application.

UPDATE: Just started a second season with this mower. Pulled it out of the garage after a whole winter - started on first pull. In my book that's a good mark for a mower to be so ready. Now that i've used it for a while, i love this thing. It is everything a mower should be, powerful, easy starting and self propelled. I've used the self cleaning feature several times and I do like it, works well for washing out the mower underneath. Make sure not to wait around for the wash, simply plug it into the water hose right after you finish mowing, turn the water on and start the mower for a minute or two. You'll see all the green stuff clippings and grass juice coming out with the water.
The bag is amazingly easy to take out and if you have a couple of those $10 32gallon buckets from home depot, the bag is also easy to empty out. (using paper bags to empty the mower bag is not fun)
