This is a bit noisier reel mower compared to my Scotts2000, but it cut beautifully though. Hopefully the RM30 will last as long as my Scotts. I realized that there are no spare parts for the RM30, unlike the Scotts 2000. I emailed Gilmour and inquired about spare parts. I did get a kind and prompt response that they don't carry spares. They asked me why I was looking for spares and said they would replace the unit if it was defective. A great after sales support, in my opinion. It is not a bad reel mower, but as far as build quality, I prefer the Scotts2000 classic.
