I have the Razorcut 38 mower. The design of the mower must have been changed because there is no immediate way to attach the provided strap. The picture of the mower in the instruction has a slightly different design than what I own. I ended up mounting a hook on the mower by which to hang the strap, but it does a poor job and the catcher falls off frequently.
Simple, Efficient, & Clean,

My new Brill lawnmower cuts the grass easily, allows maximum control of the area covered, and does not stir up the dirt and dust that power mowers do. It requires virtually no maintenance. Expensive repairs and service will not happen because of the simplicity of its design. And because it does not stir up dust, it does not pollute the immediate air--I do not need to wear a mask--nor do I get covered and blasted with dirt.
As expected,

The build quality seems nice and putting it together was simple. The only drawback is you have to empty it every 50-75 feet of mowing. Not a problem for my small yard and really nice if you plan to compost. Overall it does what you want and is worth the $35.
